30 day Money Back Guarantee

If you decide that your Peke-buo purchase is not right for you, we are happy to refund your money within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact us  to let us know, place product with original packaging in shipping envelope, include a printed version of your emailed receipt/packing slip and mail it to:

You will receive a refund of the amount equal to the item price at the time of purchase (shipping cost will not be refunded) to the original payment method once we have received the product.

Free 60 day exchange.

If you find any manufacture defects or premature wear and tear with your product within 60 days of purchase, contact us to receive a shipping label and we will be happy to exchange your product.

International orders

We are excited Peke-buo is traveling far and wide! Thank you for choosing us to meet your baby care needs. If you are not satisfied with your product we can refund your money back within 30 days of purchase. If there is a defect with your current bag, please email us at sariah{at)pekebuo.com with a picture and description of the defect we can and we send you a new bag if you are willing to cover the cost of shipping.
